RANJAN GUPTA
Academy Head/Japanese Language Trainer
With over 20 years of experience in teaching Japanese language and culture. He has a diverse professional background, having worked as a research engineer in the R&D Lab of Japanese Business Computer Corporation and as a technical support engineer and Director of Sales at Ansoft Corporation (now merged with Ansys).
Mr. Gupta’s academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Calcutta, an MTech in Computer Science from the University of Electro-communications, Japan and a post-graduate certificate in Operations Research from the Indian Association of Productivity and Reliability.
Mr. Gupta is an experienced educator, having taught the Japanese language, culture and bridge engineering for 20 years. He has co-authored “Complete Offshoring Guide” (in Japanese) from Nikkei B.P, “Human Communication Protocol” published by the Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers and an article on Japanese culture in Asia Marg.
Ms. Sushmita Pal is a language trainer with advanced-level proficiency in the Japanese Language, having passed JLPT N5, N4, N3 & N2 level exams. With extensive exposure to Japan & Japanese Culture, having stayed in Japan for 5 years, Ms. Pal is also proficient in Japanese Sumi- E Paintings and has an interest in Origami and Calligraphy. She holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University Department Of Chemical Technology, Matunga, Mumbai.
Ms. Pal has conducted corporate Japanese language and culture training for companies such as Cypress Semiconductor, Mercedes Benz and Toshiba Software India Pvt Ltd, among others. She has immense experience in handling online Japanese sessions for individuals and corporates and has received various awards and recognitions for her academic achievements. Her interests include Painting, Music, Reading and Writing and she is fluent in Bengali, English, Hindi and Japanese.

Mr. Rahul Meena is a Japanese language trainer with extensive experience in teaching and translating Japanese. He has worked as a Japanese Language Translator/Teacher at Meritech in Mohali since 2022, where he has been teaching the language to employees and handling client meetings in Japanese. He also has experience as a Japanese Assistant Teacher at the Japanese Language of Foreign Language. In his free time, Mr. Meena enjoys reading manga, listening to Japanese music and playing cricket. He is fluent in Hindi, English and Japanese.
Mrs. Manmeet Kaur is a highly qualified and experienced technical trainer at Meritech Academy. She holds an M Tech degree in computer science engineering from Gurunanak Dev University, Amritsar. With 8 years of teaching experience at BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar and 1 year of technical trainer experience at Dewsoft Overseas Private Ltd., Delhi, Mrs. Kaur brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Meritech Academy. Her strong computer science background and extensive training experience make her a valuable asset to the team.
