This course is designed for people who already have relevant technology skills in IT or knowledge of some relevant business domain. For such people, this course focuses on learning effective communication in the Japanese language, Japanese work practices, Japanese culture and the Japanese concept of quality which will be a big advantage for them to get hired in Japan. Our experienced Japanese language instructors give unique training with an emphasis on Work Related Communication skills at the workplace and much more, rather than just teaching day-to-day general conversation skills only.

This course is designed for a duration of 6 months, covering 240 hours of on-campus / online lectures. Classes will be held 5 days a week with each class of 2 hours in duration. Regular assignments will be given for the revision of lectures. Students will have the flexibility to attend either in-campus or online or mixed mode.
At the end of this course, a final test will be conducted to gauge the learning of the students in addition to continuous assessments/evaluations. Accordingly, a certificate will be provided to all students who complete the course and pass the final test successfully.
This course will teach Japanese scripts (Hiragana & Katakana and very basic Kanjis), about 3000 important vocabularies (including technical ones). Students will be trained in understanding contextual Japanese through workshop styled status report meeting, customer support meeting, project meeting, customer’s requirements gathering meeting, etc. Focus will be given on all conjugation of verbs, special grammatical points used in Japanese conversation. Main focus will be given on acquiring speaking as well as listening capabilities. Audio visual methods will be used to simulate actual scenarios. Another important aspect of this training will be Japanese work practice, Japanese culture and Japanese quality taught by Japanese guest lecturer. The trainees will also learn about the Japanese expectation from a foreigner in the workplace.

This course is designed for people, who have already learned the Japanese language before and have passed exams of JLPT N4 or above, or equivalent.
This course is designed for students who have just graduated or about to graduate and neither have knowledge of Japanese language nor IT Technologies.
